Goto Tenrin is the final Hell King you see before moving on to your nest incarnation.

You see him 3 years after the date of your death and man has the wait been long!

In Chinese, his name means "King who turns the wheel of rebirth" and so there's this

interconnection in Buddhist iconography with Yama. Anyone ever see the popular mandala? No?...I'll show it to you:

So this is essentially Buddhist cosmology. The 6 realms (including human earth) are portrayed with a giant, monster like being turning the wheel around over and over...most believe this is King Yama, but I guess there's more than one supernatural being in charge of the whole damn thing.
